Mentorship is essential for real estate agents because it provides a unique opportunity for growth, learning, and guidance in a highly competitive and dynamic industry. They can provide practical advice, share best practices, and offer a supportive network to accelerate an agent's professional development. Mentorship fosters a culture of continuous improvement and can be the key to success in real estate by imparting knowledge, building confidence, and opening doors to new opportunities.

Meet tracy nelson

Becoming a mentor is my way of giving back to the industry and paying forward the invaluable lessons I've learned. I offer mentee support and direction, whilst helping them learn and evolve in the process. From setting personal or professional development goals for work/life balance, to breaking those goals down into what that means for a mentee on the daily task list. 


I believe in the three A's of mentoring: availability, active listening, and analysis. Being a mentee will not just increase your confidence, but will lead to personal growth – which will inevitably lead to an improved performance in your future role as an agent.

She remains in the Top 1% for Keller Williams Northern CA Hawaii Region year after year. She is known for her use of video marketing to sell homes for top dollar, earning numerous awards for her achievements. 


She has appeared in many industry magazines and is on a National Emmy nominated TV show. Tracy grew up in San Ramon, CA and has an intimate knowledge of the greater San Francisco Bay Area. She is actively involved in her local community & schools, volunteers at various events, and donates to local charities. She resides in the East Bay with her husband Nathan Nelson (Mortgage Broker) and their 4 children.

As a mentor, Eileen’s passion for Real Estate drives her commitment to creating a community of honest and compassionate Real Estate Agents. She strive’s to instill in her mentees a deep appreciation for the significance of homeownership and the joy of guiding clients toward fulfilling their dreams. Working with Eileen means experiencing a mentor dedicated to your success, offering guidance that goes beyond transactions to foster genuine connections with clients. Eileen finds fulfillment in helping agents not only thrive but also grow in their business, creating a supportive environment where integrity and genuine care are valued. Eileen is passionate about helping her Clients find that perfect home at the right price.


 Eileen enjoys the look on the face of a family, when she's found them their dream home. She has a reputation for tenaciously protecting her clients interests. Eileen is an honest, hard-working mom that does absolutely everything in her power to make sure that her clients are happy. She strives to provide an experience you would be excited to tell a friend about. Eileen has had her Real Estate license since 2005. She is a mother of two beautiful girls and in her spare time, Eileen enjoys working out, camping, hiking and attending sport events. Eileen purchased her first home, in Concord, Ca. at a young age of 25 and has been lucky enough to have lived her whole life in the Bay Area. Eileen’s good energy is the reason people are excited to work with her.

 have been coaching youth sports for around 20 years and love seeing the progress of my players from the beginning of the year to the end. Not just in the sport we are playing, but I experience great joy from seeing people grow in their personal life as well and reach their goals.


When I started with E3 realty in 2019, I had been a REALTOR® for nine years. I was doing fine but knew I had more in me. I dove headfirst into E3´s system and structure as if I were a new agent and became a student again. Fast forward two years (which were the best 2 years of my career), E3 offered me the position of mentoring new agents. The timing could not have been better for me. I was no longer coaching kids but still had that drive to teach and help people grow.


For me, the mentorship is straight forward. I want to cut the learning curve down as much as possible for new agents so they can build a thriving business ASAP. Being a coach for so long has really given me the tools necessary to be a dedicated mentor. By knowing everyone learns at their own pace, I am able to implement different learning styles with today's real estate workforce of new agents and guide them to become tomorrow's experts.

Being a mentor is something really special to me. It's all about reaching out and touching the lives of others in a meaningful way. My passion is always to motivate, empower, elevate, and inspire others. My journey in real estate began in 2019 when I obtained my license. Since then, I've had the privilege of assisting dozens of families in achieving their real estate goals. I've been recognized as a top-performing agent for three consecutive years, an accomplishment I largely attribute to the guidance and inspiration provided by my mentors.


Now, I'm ready to offer that same support to others. If you're seeking guidance in real estate and are willing to learn, I'm here to share my insights and support you. The goal is to equip you with the skills and knowledge essential for success in this industry. Most importantly, I'm here to inspire you to reach your God-given potential, just as my mentors did for me.

The mentorship program

  • We encourage all new mentees to interview at least two (2) of the four mentors or who might be your best fit
  • When you have a new client, and are ready to take the next step, this is the time to choose your mentor
  • Simply fill out the form below and your mentor will reach out to you to connect and help you along in your journey
