The Level Up Rewards Program is designed to enhance productivity and reward contributions within our organization. By participating in the Level Up Rewards Program, agents are eligible to earn points through various services and activities that contribute to the company's growth. This document outlines the services included, points allocation, redemption options, and other related policies.

*Note* if you're points have not processed and you redeem an amount above your current points balance, your request will be canceled and you will have to resubmit once your points have been processed.

FAQ


Q1: How can agents earn points in the Level Up Rewards Program?

A1: Agents can earn points through various services such as Transaction Coordination, Listing Coordination, Solar, and E3 Home Loans, with each service offering a specific point value.


Q2: Is there an expiration date on the points earned?

A2: There is no expiration date on the points earned as part of the E3 Level Up Rewards Program


Q3: When can agents redeem their points?

A3: Points can be redeemed as soon as one week after the closing date of the associated transaction (i.e. if you used E3 TC and the property closed on 4/20, the points will be available for redemption as soon as 4/27).


Q4: Are there any 'Bonus Periods' in the rewards program, and how do they work?

A4: Yes, the company may establish temporary multipliers to the baseline point values for certain services during Bonus Periods to encourage further engagement.


Q5: Do points in the rewards program rollover from year to year?

A5: YES! Points will rollover from year to year with NO maximum to the number of points!


Q6: Do the other agents (if any) who are within the transaction earn any points if they are in a support role, team member or receiving a bonus from the primary agent on the transaction?

A6: No, point allocations are given to the transaction’s primary agent only. Agents who are in any other role will not be awarded points.


Q7: When are the points calculated and added to your balance?

A7: Points are based on the closing of a given transaction in which the point-eligible service was rendered. Points will be added to your balance within the week of closing (i.e.: if a transaction closes on November 1st, and you utilized E3 TC Service during that transaction, you will receive 5 points, which are added towards your balance and eligible for use by November 8th.)


Q8: How does the "$1500 in Lead Generation Ads" option work?

A8: This option is if you want leads! We would have an ad campaign set up for you with a $1500 E3-paid ad spend. You would get all of these leads directly to you and would not be charge a lead generation fee if you convert them. These ads are created by our ad agency and you should expect for the $1500 ad spend to be spent over 3 months and estimated somewhere around 25-50 leads. What you do with them is up to you!
